3M Medipore Dress-It Soft Cloth Pre-Cut Dressing Covers The 3M Medipore Dress-It Soft Cloth Pre-Cut Dressing Covers are Latex-free, hypoallergenic Soft Cloth tape products that offer excellent adhesion yet are gentle to reduce risk of skin irritation. Available in five pre-cut sizes to suit a variety of applications. 3M Medipore Dress-It covers are made of a soft highly conformable non-woven polyester. They are comfortable, porous and breathable and stretch to accommodate swelling and movement. They are easy to handle, with or without gloves, without curling edges, or sticking to itself. Medipore dressing covers are particularly useful for securing wound dressings, and repeated applications where preservation of "at risk" skin is critical. 3M Medipore Product Benefits: Easy-tear off pads.
